Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year leadership or supervisory capacity in restaurant environment
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work a variety of hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to maneuver and lift weights up to 40 pounds occasionally and stand or walk up to 8 hours a day
- willingness to follow specialized attire and safety standards specific to food establishments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year leadership or supervisory capacity in restaurant environment
- 1-3 years restaurant experience preferred
- previous experience with Burger King preferred
- valid driver’s license
- national food safety requirement or ability to acquire during employment
- comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members

- ability to move from one activity to another quickly
- team oriented and willing to give extra effort to help others
- computer skills are helpful
Job Duties
- Ensure that your team greets all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated
- Demonstrate leadership attributes by building and maintaining trust, setting clear and measurable goals, holding self and team accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively
- Build and develop a strong team by hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, offering timely feedback on performance and leading by example
- Lead a team of store associates in a fair, consistent, impartial and timely manner while supporting and enforcing all state and federal laws along with company policies and procedures
- Achieve operational excellence by developing performance goals aligned with company objectives, managing financial goals including sales, expenses, and net profit and striving for year over year improvement
- Manage food operations to ensure quality and safety of all items sold
- Oversee the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, delegating and directing the team to maintain company standard condition levels
- Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines for successful food service operations
- Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the District Manager
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations
