Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous people management experience
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Standing for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally climb ladders
- Ability to perform motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Basic language and mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to reliably report to work on time and be dependable and responsible
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the assigned location
- Provide pleasant and courteous service to customers
- Oversee merchandising and food service activities
- Manage employee staffing, development, and relations
- Ensure store profitability and adherence to company policies
- Create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and respectfully
- Maintain total customer focus in a fast-paced environment
