Job Requirements
- Greet guests with a smile and maintain politeness and respect
- process payments accurately
- respond appropriately to guest issues

- assist in preparing and packaging orders
- maintain health and safety standards
- willing to unload and stock inventory
- perform multitasking duties across workstations
- able to walk and stand for extended shifts
- able to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and maintain politeness and respect
- receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to guest issues
- verify the accuracy of guests' orders and help prepare and package orders
- maintain health and safety standards in all work areas
- willing to help unload and stock inventory items
- perform duties at multiple workstations and multitask
- strong ability to walk and stand through 4-8 hour shifts and lift 25 pounds
