Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age for management positions
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related restaurant, customer service, or service industry experience
- For management roles, 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Ability to foster teamwork
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- ServSafe certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile and receives orders
- Processes payments and responds to customer issues
- Operates cash register or point of sale devices
- Uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales
- Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders
- Prepares and packages food and drink products
- Cleans kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds
- Maintains health and safety standards
- Unloads and stocks inventory
- Performs duties at multiple workstations
- Provides coaching and feedback to team members
- Works to resolve issues in the restaurant
- Communicates positively with customers and peers
