Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must have prompt and regular attendance
- Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of related restaurant, customer service, and service industry experience
- For management roles, two or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Must be 16 or older for crew positions
- Must be 18 or older for management positions
- Bi-lingual skills is a plus
- Servsafe certificate is a plus
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
- Operates cash register or point of sale devices and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques
- Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders
- Prepares and packages food and drink products
- Cleans kitchen, dining, and exterior areas maintaining health and safety standards
- Unloads and stocks inventory items
- Performs duties at multiple workstations
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
- Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards
- Works to resolve issues that arise in the restaurant
- Learns team effectiveness skills and works with others to achieve team goals
- Responds to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner
- Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers
