Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Must have prompt and regular attendance
  • Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related restaurant, customer service, and service industry experience
  • For management roles, two or more years of supervisory or management experience
  • Must be 16 or older for crew positions
  • Must be 18 or older for management positions
  • Bi-lingual skills is a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus
  • Energetic and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
  • Operates cash register or point of sale devices and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques
  • Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Cleans kitchen, dining, and exterior areas maintaining health and safety standards
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items
  • Performs duties at multiple workstations
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance
  • Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards
  • Works to resolve issues that arise in the restaurant
  • Learns team effectiveness skills and works with others to achieve team goals
  • Responds to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner
  • Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers
