Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related restaurant or customer service experience
- Two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
- Must be at least 16 years old for crew positions
- Must be at least 18 years old for management positions
- Bilingual skills preferred
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Energetic with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile and processes orders
- Operates cash register and uses suggestive-selling techniques
- Verifies order accuracy
- Prepares and packages food and drinks
- Cleans kitchen, dining area, and exterior grounds
- Maintains health and safety standards
- Unloads and stocks inventory items
- Performs duties at multiple workstations
- Responds professionally to customer needs and issues
- Provides daily coaching and feedback to team members
