Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing, ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of related restaurant or customer service experience
  • two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
  • must be at least 16 years old for crew positions
  • must be at least 18 years old for management positions
  • bilingual skills are a plus
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • strong communication skills
  • experience in training and development

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile
  • receives orders
  • processes payments
  • responds to customer issues
  • operates cash register or point of sale devices
  • uses suggestive-selling techniques
  • verifies order accuracy
  • prepares and packages food and drinks
  • cleans kitchen area
  • cleans dining room and restrooms
  • maintains health and safety standards
  • unloads and stocks inventory
  • performs duties at multiple workstations
  • ensures prompt and regular attendance
  • follows uniform and grooming standards
  • resolves restaurant issues
  • fosters teamwork and learns team effectiveness skills
