Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years of age
  • willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • physical requirements approximately 67-100 percent of a scheduled shift including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing
  • ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of related restaurant, customer service, or service industry experience
  • two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • energetic and excellent communication skills
  • bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus
  • ability to foster teamwork and provide coaching and feedback
  • willingness to participate in training and development

Job Duties
