Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, or fingers, visual acuity, talking, hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of related restaurant, customer service, or service industry experience
- for management roles, two or more years of supervisory or management experience
- minimum age of 16 for crew positions
- minimum age of 18 for management positions
- bi-lingual skills are a plus
- ServSafe certificate is a plus
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- energetic with excellent communication skills
- able to foster teamwork and provide coaching
- committed to training and development
Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
- operates cash register or point of sale devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate sales
- verifies accuracy of guests' orders
- prepares and packages food and drink products
- cleans kitchen, dining, and restroom areas and maintains health and safety standards
- unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
- performs duties at multiple workstations such as front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter
- fosters teamwork and provides daily coaching and feedback
- responds to guests' needs professionally and positively
