Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related restaurant, customer service, or service industry experience
  • Two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
  • Must be at least 16 years old for crew positions
  • Must be at least 18 years old for management positions
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in fostering teamwork and coaching

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile and processes orders
  • Operates cash registers and point of sale devices using suggestive selling techniques
  • Verifies order accuracy and prepares food and drinks
  • Cleans kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms maintaining health and safety standards
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items
  • Performs duties at multiple workstations including front counter and drive-thru
  • Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers
