Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • physical ability to perform duties including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion
  • visual acuity
  • talking
  • hearing
  • ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of related restaurant or customer service experience
  • two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • energetic and excellent communication skills
  • bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile
  • receives orders
  • processes payments
  • responds appropriately to customer issues
  • operates cash register or point of sale devices
  • uses suggestive-selling techniques to boost sales
  • verifies accuracy of guests' orders
  • prepares and packages food and drink products
  • cleans kitchen, dining area, and exterior grounds
  • maintains health and safety standards
  • unloads and stocks inventory items
  • performs duties at multiple workstations
  • attends assigned shifts promptly
  • follows uniform and grooming standards
  • resolves restaurant issues
  • fosters teamwork
  • communicates positively with customers and peers
