Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality a plus

Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- promptly resets all service ware as prescribed
- maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- wipes down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
- serves guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- assists server with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction
- transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
- folds napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
- delivers food to restaurant patrons
- follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment
- interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction
- interacts with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- performs other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, greeting and seating guests and ensuring guest satisfaction
- completes side work as assigned
