Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience
- Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic cash handling and math skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beverage service

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional guest service to enhance the overall bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, counters, and equipment
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with ordering as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service policies
- Accurately process cash and credit transactions in accordance with hotel procedures
- Assist in creating and testing new cocktail recipes and seasonal promotions
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Monitor guests for signs of overconsumption and take appropriate action to ensure a safe environment
