Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience
  • Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic cash handling and math skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beverage service

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional guest service to enhance the overall bar experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, counters, and equipment
  • Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with ordering as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service policies
  • Accurately process cash and credit transactions in accordance with hotel procedures
  • Assist in creating and testing new cocktail recipes and seasonal promotions
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service flow
  • Monitor guests for signs of overconsumption and take appropriate action to ensure a safe environment
