Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years culinary experience with leadership responsibilities
- Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills

Job Qualifications
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement creative menus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in direction and oversight of all culinary operations
- Manage preparation and production of all hotel meals ensuring quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, training, scheduling, and evaluations
- Create and implement menu selections for special banquets and events
- Implement policies and procedures related to culinary operations
- Control costs and contribute to overall financial profitability
