Job Requirements
- Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement
- Ability to work local routes and be home nightly
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Must be over age 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work near moving equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, balance, reach, talk, and hear for extended periods
- Follow company biosecurity policies and DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement
- Knowledge of DOT safety rules and regulations
- Experience in operating bulk feed trucks preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely handle heavy physical work
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Operate bulk, semi, or straight feed trucks to deliver feed and products to customers
- Safely transport and unload feed and grains on schedule
- Follow company biosecurity standard operating procedures
- Maintain high standard of feed quality
- Comply with safety rules, procedure manuals, and delivery tickets
- Assist in feed mill and warehouse by mixing, packaging feed, loading and unloading trucks
- Work overtime as needed to ensure timely delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Department of Transportation regulations
