Job Requirements

  • At least 25 years old
  • Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
  • Minimum 2 years of CMV driving experience within the last 4 years
  • Hazmat endorsement required before hire
  • No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years
  • No serious violation tickets in the last 3 years
  • No CDL suspensions in the last 3 years except for failure to pay child support
  • No DUI in the last 7 years
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs or more
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 60 lbs
  • Clean driving record with no preventable accidents in last 3 years
  • No serious traffic violations or DUI in recent years

Job Duties

  • Deliver ammonia products to local customers on scheduled routes or intermittently
  • Record deliveries and pick-ups on load manifests and obtain customer signatures
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding standard operating procedures
  • Manage loading and unloading truck procedures collaboratively
  • Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and document deficiencies
  • Maintain personal and vehicle appearance professionally
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hazardous cargo delivery protocols
