Job Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Detailed and professional communication abilities
  • Experience in fuel operations, logistics, and scheduling
  • Familiarity with airport ICAOs and jet fuel handling
  • Ability to develop business relationships with FBOs, trucking companies, and suppliers
  • Understanding of market pricing methodologies (Platts, Argus, OPIS)
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree highly recommended
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general logistics or fuel/chemical dispatching
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office software
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Demonstrated success in supply, distribution, and logistics
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to manage high levels of stress in fast-paced settings

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule bulk fuel deliveries to customers
  • Track and update stakeholders on delivery timings
  • Interface with Inventory Managers during supply chain disruptions
  • Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties
  • Facilitate scheduling within requested timelines and purchasing decisions
  • Support general aviation, military, FBO, and commercial contracts execution
