Job Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Detailed and professional communication abilities
- Experience in fuel operations, logistics, and scheduling
- Familiarity with airport ICAOs and jet fuel handling
- Ability to develop business relationships with FBOs, trucking companies, and suppliers
- Understanding of market pricing methodologies (Platts, Argus, OPIS)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor’s degree highly recommended
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general logistics or fuel/chemical dispatching
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office software
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Demonstrated success in supply, distribution, and logistics
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to manage high levels of stress in fast-paced settings
Job Duties
- Coordinate and schedule bulk fuel deliveries to customers
- Track and update stakeholders on delivery timings
- Interface with Inventory Managers during supply chain disruptions
- Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties
- Facilitate scheduling within requested timelines and purchasing decisions
- Support general aviation, military, FBO, and commercial contracts execution
