- Food handler card or equivalent certification
- ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
- read and comprehend simple instructions and product information
- write simple correspondence

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in grocery or deli environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to read and write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group interactions
- basic PC and Outlook skills preferred
- retail management certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service
- assist customers with cheese and deli product selection
- replenish and rotate cheese and deli displays as instructed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk deli department
- lift and move products up to 60 pounds
- read and interpret product labels, pricing codes, and shelf tags
- follow safety and food handling protocols
