Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year related experience and/or training
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible and variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
- Good vision and hearing
- Ability to follow detailed security protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications

- One year related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of safety and security practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic first aid and emergency response knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Work a variety of shifts during day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Monitor and control access points verifying proper credentials
- Provide security escorts for VIPs, elected officials, or artists
- Monitor and control exterior driveways, drop-off/pick-up zones, valet, bus lane, and parking areas
- Monitor front of house areas ensuring show production policies and security requirements
- Protect security and privacy of performers backstage
- Maintain proper ingress/egress paths for safety during events
- Remain at designated post until event or function ends
- Clear and secure facility and parking areas post-event
- Assist in resolving patron complaints
- Follow established protocols for emergencies and ejections
- Complete accident/incident reports and submit to Operations Manager
- Adhere to Long Center policies and procedures
