Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to process information in an organized and efficient manner
- Ability to think and react quickly in any situation
- Ability to sit stand walk stoop and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to bend at the waist reach overhead and lift up to 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to physically navigate stairs and catwalks at facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation
- Must be able to perform physical activities for extended periods both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve working at heights

Job Duties
- Responsible for interior facility maintenance including sweeping vacuuming mopping dusting and surface cleaning throughout the facilities during and after events
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all areas throughout the event including restrooms concourses and seating areas
- Provide on-site maintenance support during events promptly addressing issues such as spills
- Remove waste trash and recyclables and dispose in proper locations
- Service clean and supply restrooms as assigned
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift leads supervisors and managers
- Participate in the teardown and clean-up of event spaces including removal of trash cleaning surfaces disassembly of tables and chairs and returning spaces to their standard layout
