Job Requirements
- minimum age 18
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to handle cleaning duties and maintenance tasks

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in building services or cleaning preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and chemical safety procedures
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- positive attitude and team-oriented
- willingness to learn safety protocols and certifications
Job Duties
- clean locker rooms and wet areas
- maintain cleanliness of all YMCA facilities
- monitor building safety and report hazards
- perform minor repairs as needed
- handle cleaning chemicals safely
- support a welcoming environment for members and guests
- follow YMCA safety and emergency procedures
