Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations
- one to two years of custodial or related experience or equivalent apprenticeship/internship
- possession or ability to obtain a valid North Dakota driver's license
- must meet and maintain qualifications pursuant to 49 CFR Part 1542 for unescorted access authority
- physical ability to participate in snow removal and perform maintenance tasks
- willingness to assist with setup for special events
- knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance
- ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations
- sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the position, usually one to two years or equivalent apprenticeship
- possession or ability to obtain a valid North Dakota driver's license
- knowledge of custodial materials, equipment, and methods
- knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- knowledge of safe work practices
- skill in decision making and problem solving
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Cleans, sanitizes, and details restrooms
- refills dispensers
- stocks supplies
- dusts and wipes furniture and fixtures
- sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors
- strips, cleans, waxes and buffs floors
- empties and cleans trash receptacles
- loads and unloads supplies
- stocks and organizes storage area
- cleans spills and broken glass
- moves furniture
- assists with setting up for special events
- reports maintenance needs to supervisor
- participates in snow removal operations as needed
- operates a variety of cleaning equipment
- performs related duties
