Job Duties
- Serve as the face of the organization, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Provide basic information as requested by patrons
- Receive and route visitors
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the reception area of the main office
- Set daily priorities based on knowledge of the overall function of the office
- Provide general clerical support to the front office staff and assigned administrators
- Make appointments for visitors
- Cater to needs of visitors in making them comfortable while waiting for appointments
- Answer multiple incoming phone calls simultaneously and efficiently route calls
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
- Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
- Perform other duties as assigned that are related to the functions of the position
