Job Requirements
- Ability to handle physical activity including lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for more than four hours per day
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Able to work early morning hours from 4:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Flexibility to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Commitment to providing excellent service in a hospitality environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Remove pool tarps from all three pools each morning
- Inspect and remove trash around the pool deck and Goldwater Grill areas
- Skim and vacuum pools daily to remove debris
- Perform daily deck washing including Goldwater Grill seating area and toddler pool area
- Wipe down all pool furniture for cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor for unsafe or unsanitary conditions and report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Blow off tennis courts daily to remove leaves, dirt, and buildup
- Ensure court accessories are clean, functioning, and neatly arranged
- Remove all trash and debris from courts, walkways, and sitting areas
