Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related maintenance role
- proficiency in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
- ability to perform light carpentry and painting
- certification in pool operation preferred
- meet local minimum age requirements
- excellent communication skills
- valid driver’s license preferred
- knowledge of preventive maintenance
- ability to understand and use English effectively
Job Qualifications
- Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
- light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- certification in pool operation preferred
- meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- valid driver’s license preferred
- preventive maintenance background preferred
- read, write and understand English
Job Duties
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- manage preventive maintenance schedules
- perform installation tasks
- troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- conduct light carpentry and painting repairs
- ensure safety standards are met
- communicate effectively with team members and management
