Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- experience of 2-5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment preferred
- skills in HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems
- knowledge of light carpentry, paint and wallpaper
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- valid driver's license preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English

Job Duties
- maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- install new equipment as needed
- manage and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly
- collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with safety standards
- perform light carpentry and painting tasks
- document maintenance activities and report to management
