Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
- Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- Certification in pool operation preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Read, write and understand English

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with hotel departments for maintenance needs
