Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- hvac, plumbing or electrical skills
- light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- valid driver’s license preferred
- read, write and understand English
- preventive maintenance background preferred

Job Duties
- maintain, repair, and install hotel mechanical and electrical systems
- manage preventive maintenance schedules
- troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- perform light carpentry and cosmetic repairs including paint and wallpaper
- operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- communicate effectively with team members and management
