Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and or carry up to 25lbs
- constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- must have own reliable transportation
- willingness to work Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- availability for part-time hours totaling 27.5 hours per week
- ability to follow safety protocols including use of PPE
- ability to maintain inventory levels
Job Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper preferred but not required
- willingness to learn
- ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
- positive attitude
- ability to contribute to a team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- courtesy and respect towards co-workers and customers
Job Duties
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- use proper PPE where required
- open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
