- high school diploma or ged
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- proficiency in english
- ability to perform manual tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and climbing
- maine state fingerprint chrc authorization
- pass post-offer physical
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in english
- experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- ability to operate cleaning machinery
- knowledge of safety procedures
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50 lbs
Job Duties
- clean facilities including dusting, mopping, disinfecting and polishing
- empty trash and remove snow
- stock and receive supplies
- strip and wax floors
- operate machinery and lifting equipment
- replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs
- report hazards and secure buildings
