Job Requirements
- Must be least 18 years of age
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification required or ability to obtain within three months of hire date
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff
- Ability to follow direction and work independently
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow direction and work independently
- Basic working knowledge of RecTrac and WebTrac registration system
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within three months
- Previous experience in facility or customer service roles preferred
Job Duties
- Represents the district as a point of contact to program instructors, residents, customers, participants during programs and room rentals
- Responsible for maintaining control and monitoring the building in the absence of the Facility Manager
- Sets up and tear down room for events and activities
- Have a working knowledge of all facility equipment and demonstrate proper use
- Conduct facility tours in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Enforce facility rules and encourage members to follow rules
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas throughout the facility including mopping, vacuuming, garbage
- Report to the Facility Manager any repairs and supplies needed
- Know, understand and adhere to Park District policies and procedures
- Maintain a proactive approach to safety and risk management
- report all accidents, incidents and unsafe conditions in a timely manner
- Execute effective emergency procedures as needed
- Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of the District’s safety program
- Perform any additional related tasks as required
