Job Requirements
- experience in custodial, environmental services, hospitality, warehouse, production, or facilities maintenance
- experience following basic work instructions
- ability to communicate with supervisors and peers effectively and timely
- ability to read and understand work orders, written instructions, product labels and other job materials
- ability to use industrial-sized custodial equipment
- ability to work weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items and climbing stairs and ladders
- willingness to pass background check and functional employment test

Job Duties
- ensure the area immediately outside the facility remains neat and clean
- assist with floor care including shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors and stripping and finishing floors
- clean, stock and maintain the male and female restrooms
- assist with room set-ups and breakdowns for special events
- sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and remove trash throughout the facility
- follow job requirements and direction from building supervisors
- use proper cleaning materials, correctly operate janitorial equipment and adhere to required safety protocols
