Job Requirements
- Six months of light custodial experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possession of a valid and appropriate driver license
- Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Completion of a background investigation to the satisfaction of the city
- Must meet physical requirements of the job class including mobility, balance, coordination, vision, hearing, and dexterity

Job Qualifications
- Six months of light custodial experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possession of a valid and appropriate driver license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Physical ability to meet job class requirements including mobility, balance, coordination, vision, hearing, and dexterity
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Spanish-speaking skills highly desirable
- Detail and solution oriented
- Ability to work as a team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning and light custodial functions in the upkeep of assigned city buildings
- Clean restrooms, refill soap and paper dispensers, empty and clean waste containers regularly
- Lock and unlock doors to ensure security of buildings, activate and deactivate alarms
- Check for and report fire and safety hazards, report graffiti
- Set up tables, chairs, and other equipment for meetings and special events
- Monitor safe use of city facilities and equipment
- Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
