Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum six months of janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Ability to work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk long distances on slippery, uneven, or sloped surfaces
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Minimum of six months of janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment
Job Duties
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean, and restock restrooms
- Clean and polish furniture, walls, machines, fixtures, windows, glass, and mirrors
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors as needed
- Clean up spills around shop and grounds, such as oil and other fluids
- Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas using snowplows, snow blowers, or shovels
- apply de-icing materials as needed
- Perform monthly facility inspections and daily forklift inspections
- Ability to perform minor facility repairs
- Notify management of major repairs or maintenance needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
