Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency
- Must successfully pass a drug screening test
- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing
- Flexible to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must maintain consistent and regular attendance
- Native American hiring preference applies

- Previous restaurant and/or guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Support and uphold Valley View Casino & Hotel's Standards of Excellence as outlined in the Team Member Guide to Success
- Maintain positive guest relations, resolve guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Greet guests courteously and with personalized service
- Maintain fully equipped service stations and storerooms including plates, silverware, glasses, napkins, milk, iced tea, coffee, water, and condiments
- Assist team members in clearing and resetting tables to venue standards
- Collaborate with hosts, supervisors, food servers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Assist stewarding team in cleaning and dispersing flatware
- Restock new inventory as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all side stations and storerooms
- Perform other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
- Conduct responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner
- Maintain consistent and regular attendance record
