Job Requirements

  • No college degree required
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality role
  • minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
  • exceptional organization and guest service abilities required
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Assist managers in the training and development of the team

  • monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • enforce health and safety regulations within the food and beverage department
