Job Requirements
- Friendly enthusiastic and guest driven
- Must be 16 years or older
- You are not able to use your phone while you are at work leave in a lock box at work or in your car
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work late nights
- Responsible for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of recent retail or restaurant experience
- Energetic friendly and genuinely interested in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player with passion and commitment
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Set up maintain and operate the station using prep sheets and station charts standardized recipes portion sizes and department rules and procedures
- Maintain quality and freshness of all food items
- Prepare food items that meet or exceed guest expectations
- Prep and prepare menu items at correct temperature within specified timeframes
- Maintain Quality Assurance of all food products
- Package carryout orders accordingly
- Keep station neat and clean by using the clean as you go method
- Sweep wet mop and or brush floors as needed or directed by manager
- Exhibit a sense of urgency responding to orders and guest requests
- Unload trucks pallets and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
- Other duties as assigned
