Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- basic math ability
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle cash and operate point of sale system
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- provide friendly welcome to incoming guests while ensuring timely seating
- participate in company programs including mystery shop, GEM and BARS
- follow proper phone etiquette and answer phones according to company specifications
- bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines and complete other daily tasks
- respond to customer complaints and know when to involve management
- make genuine connections and engage guests for personalized experience
- take payments, handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions
- apply menu knowledge to make genuine suggestions and upsell
- correctly enter takeout orders into Point of Sale system
- bag and manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
- maintain clean and orderly cashier area and practice safety and sanitation standards
- thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback
- prep and portioning
- help with expo window
- run food
- perform other duties as assigned by management
