Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time hours averaging 29 or less per week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must follow company policies including BARS program for ID verification
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to handle cash and process payments
- Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Point Of Sale systems is beneficial
- Energetic and friendly personality
Job Duties
- Provide friendly welcome to incoming Guests while ensuring timely seating
- Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS programs
- Check Guests identification for age requirements
- Follow proper phone etiquette and answer phones accordingly
- Bus tables, deliver food, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate to manager when necessary
- Engage guests to create personalized experience
- Take payments, handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions
- Apply menu knowledge to suggest and upsell
- Enter takeout orders accurately into Point Of Sale system
- Bag and manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
- Maintain clean and orderly cashier area
- Thank guests and solicit feedback
- Prep and portion menu items
- Assist with expo window
- Run food
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
