Job Duties

  • Provide friendly welcome to incoming guests while ensuring timely seating
  • Participate in Company's Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS programs
  • Follow company standard to check identification for alcohol consumption
  • Follow proper phone etiquette and answer phones
  • Bus tables and deliver food to guests
  • Respond to customer complaints and involve manager as needed
  • Make genuine connections and engage guests
  • Take payments, handle cash drawer and process credit cards
  • Apply menu knowledge to make genuine suggestions and upsell
  • Correctly enter takeout orders into Point of Sale system
  • Bag and manage takeout orders with accuracy
  • Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and observe safety and sanitation
  • Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback
  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and expo window
  • Run food and perform other duties as assigned by management
