Job Duties
- Provide friendly welcome to incoming guests while ensuring timely seating
- Participate in Company's Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS programs
- Follow company standard to check identification for alcohol consumption
- Follow proper phone etiquette and answer phones
- Bus tables and deliver food to guests
- Respond to customer complaints and involve manager as needed
- Make genuine connections and engage guests
- Take payments, handle cash drawer and process credit cards
- Apply menu knowledge to make genuine suggestions and upsell
- Correctly enter takeout orders into Point of Sale system
- Bag and manage takeout orders with accuracy
- Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and observe safety and sanitation
- Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and expo window
- Run food and perform other duties as assigned by management
