Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and punctual
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers
- High level of energy and engagement
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping app and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in marketing or customer engagement preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and data entry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
- Set up and tear down event materials including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- Exceed lead generation targets set by the Event Marketing Manager
- Maintain punctuality and reliability during all event assignments
