Job Duties
- Dispatch drivers for Avis car side operations and dispatch drivers for Budget truck side operations
- Use Palantir Foundry platform for fleet movement coordination and ensure timely fleet distribution to/from LM stores and major airports
- Collaborate with transportation project managers, district managers, and drivers
- Meet fleet demands according to established timelines
- Coordinate out-of-service vehicle pickups such as windshield damage EMS issues, tires, body damage
- Manage wholesale and trade-back vehicle movements
- Handle corporate fleet demand requests
- Order tow truck services as requested by TPMs and Installation Officers
- Enter daily game plans into the system
- Provide end-of-day reports on completed tasks and carryover items
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required to support fleet operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
