Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Help customers by bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items
- Clean and sanitize the facility using appropriate tools and supplies
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and report issues
- Troubleshoot minor problems related to facility upkeep
