Job Requirements
- Prior bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Strong cocktail-making skills and familiarity with common spirits and drink builds
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs, including changing kegs
- Must be 18 plus to serve alcohol
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish not required, but the ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking kitchen staff is a plus

Job Duties
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to Buck '54 standards and recipes
- Greet guests warmly and deliver outstanding bar service throughout their visit
- Take and process drink and food orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain full menu knowledge, including cocktails, beer, wine, and food items
- Manage tabs, payments, and cash handling with accuracy and responsibility
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Support servers by preparing drink orders promptly and efficiently
- Change kegs, rotate stock, and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Complete all opening, closing, and side-work duties assigned by the Bar Manager or General Manager
- Other duties as needed
