Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in a general management role in high-volume quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Passionate about developing and leading teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success
- Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments
- Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant
- Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
