Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous general management experience in quick-service restaurants or similar high-volume environments
  • ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to upholding company standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

Job Duties

  • Manage a high-volume restaurant while maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and develop action plans with leadership team
  • lead and mentor Department and Shift Managers through coaching and performance tracking
  • build and develop a high-performing team focused on future success
  • create a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
