Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous general management experience in quick-service restaurants or similar high-volume environments
- ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding company standards of quality and service

- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

Job Duties
- Manage a high-volume restaurant while maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop action plans with leadership team
- lead and mentor Department and Shift Managers through coaching and performance tracking
- build and develop a high-performing team focused on future success
- create a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
- oversee daily operations to ensure profitability and smooth workflow
- drive business results through strategic planning and team leadership
