Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous general management experience in high-volume restaurant or related field
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Passionate about developing and leading teams
- Goal-oriented with the ability to drive results and achieve targets
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create action plans with the leadership team to achieve success
- Lead and mentor department and shift managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
- Build and develop a high-performing team to ensure future success of the restaurant
- Create a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
