Iron Arch McDonald's is an independently owned and operated restaurant franchise, holding a license to use the McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous general management experience in high-volume restaurant or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Passionate about developing and leading teams
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to drive results and achieve targets
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create action plans with the leadership team to achieve success
  • Lead and mentor department and shift managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
  • Build and develop a high-performing team to ensure future success of the restaurant
  • Create a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
