Iron Arch McDonald's is a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchise operates as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA, which means all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees are handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these processes, nor do they receive applications or manage interviews. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership experience in a high-volume quick-service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to develop and lead teams effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving business targets

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Passionate about developing and leading teams with strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create action plans with leadership team to achieve success
  • Lead and mentor Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
  • Build and develop a high-performing team for future restaurant success
  • Create a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
