Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience in a high-volume quick-service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to develop and lead teams effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving business targets

- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Passionate about developing and leading teams with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create action plans with leadership team to achieve success
- Lead and mentor Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
- Build and develop a high-performing team for future restaurant success
- Create a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
