Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proven leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with food safety and restaurant operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and managers focusing on quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Plan, monitor, and adjust operations to meet standards and goals
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout shifts
  • Communicate effectively with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions
  • Support assigned departments to meet team goals and targets
  • Maintain food safety standards and compliance
  • Manage internal communication to keep the team informed and motivated
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness to ensure guest readiness
  • Coach, support, and lead team members
  • Ensure quality food production standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prioritize safety and security of guests and team members
  • Support scheduling, training, and development of team members
