Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to upholding McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Passionate about developing and leading teams
  • Ability to set and achieve business goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success
  • Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments
  • Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant
  • Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
